Lave a língua em água corrente.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. Deixe no suco de limão por 10 minutos.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. Coloque a língua na panela de pressão, adicione o caldo de carne, a folha de&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;louro, o alecrim picado, o sal e a pimenta, leve ao fogo por 45 minutos. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. Retire do fogo e escorra.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. Retire a pele grossa que recobre a língua, enrole em filme plástico, leve ao&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;freezer por 12 horas.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;6. Retire o filme plástico e fatie em tiras bem finas.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;7. Arrume num prato. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Molho&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. Lave e higienize a cebolinha seque e pique.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. Rale a cebola.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. Lave as alcaparras, escorra toda a água e pique.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. Misture com o fuet o azeite com o vinagre o sal e a pimenta até obter um&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;molho homogêneo.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. Junte a cebola, a cebolinha e a alcaparra, misture bem.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;6. Respondi que adorava qualquer doce com amendoim. No dia seguinte, ela me disse que havia criado um docinho em minha homenagem. O doce é o &lt;strong&gt;Deli Art de Amendoim&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quer saber como faz? A Didi conta:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;“Faça uma calda com 250 gramas de água e 250 gramas de açúcar. Acrescente 1 rama de canela e 4 cravos. Desligue quanto chegar ao ponto de fio. Descarte os cravos e a canela e acrescente 12 gemas sem pele, 1 colher se sopa de farinha de trigo, 100 gramas de amendoim torrado sem casca, nem pele e sem sal, triturados grosseiramente e 1 colher se chá de manteiga. Misture, ligue o fogo e mexa ate soltar do fundo da panela. Deixe esfriar. Concordei, mas pedi que ela fizesse a ficha técnica para anotar os ingredientes, quantificar, ver o rendimento, tempo de preparo, tempo de cozimento, etc. Quando o biscoito ficou pronto e ela me entregou a ficha, percebi que a Manu não era só um rostinho bonito.
